All custom homes are exclusively designed by President and CEO Tony Boyatt. Tony initially studied design under the direction of his father Wayne Boyatt, a prominent designer in Southwest Florida from 1963 until his passing in 2004. The predominant Mediterranean style architecture in and around Naples, Florida is largely due to the influence of Wayne Boyatt's designs. Tony worked independently as a designer for many years and in 1996, he created Boyatt Design Corp. for creating custom home plans that he was commissioned to produce. In 2000, Tony started Boyatt Plans , offering consumers the ability to choose from 100s of unique home plans in a variety of styles and floorplans. In 2008 Tony moved Boyatt Design to Blue Ridge, Georgia nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.Tony's architectural flavors range from Rustic Mountain Cabins to Palatial Estates.

During his 30 year career, Tony has been the recipient of numerous top awards for outstanding home plan designs. In addition to a large number of C.B.I.A., Sand Dollar, and Apex awards, Tony has received multiple Aurora Awards and 1 Grand Arora Award (the highest awards possible) in separate categories for best in design.
